Service mode

Emergency services: the highest can provide 7 * 24 * 4 (i.e., 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for four hours to the scene. Telephone technical support: solve the system by telephone is in use process encountered technical problems.
Remote maintenance: the phone cannot be resolved, with remote access, remote access to equipment and system maintenance.

Consulting and training
